Returns and exchanges

We understand if you change your mind.

We want our brides to love their wedding gowns. Therefore, we allow you 30 days to return any item purchased at our store.

Please note that due to the special nature of some of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds for

custom-made, personalized or altered gowns.

However, we will issue a refund for orders we cannot fulfill.

Returned and exchanged merchandise must be in new condition.

Refunds may take up to 30 business days for processing.

How to return

         1. Make sure the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and has all original tags.

         2. Contact Onovian at support@onovian.com to obtain the address where you should ship your return. Please include your

order number in the email.

         3. Ship the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx or any other shipping service that can provide you with tracking information.

Please keep the receipt, which usually contains the tracking number.

         4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that shipping and handling

will not be refunded.

         5. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

How to exchange  

         1. Make sure the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and has all original tags.

         2. Contact Onovian at support@onovian.com to obtain the address where you should ship your exchange. Specify by

sending a link or a photo as to what item you would like to exchange your initial merchandise for. Please include your order in the

email.

         3. Ship the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx or any other shipping service that can provide you with tracking information.

Please keep the receipt, which usually contains the tracking number.

         4. Once received and inspected:

- The refund will be processed in case of the greater amount paid for the initial purchase within 5 business days.

OR

- An invoice will be sent via email in case of the lesser price of the initial purchase. The exchange will be shipped as soon as the

remaining amount is paid. Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded.

         5. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Damaged or mis-shipped items

         1. If you received a damaged item, please report to us within 10 business days by sending an email to

support@onovian.com and you will be sent a replacement within 5 business days after we receive the damaged item. Please note:

We will refund shipping and handling for returning the damaged merchandise.

         2. If we mis-shipped an item to you, please report to us within 10 business days by sending an email to

support@onovian.com and you will be issued a full refund within 5 business days after we receive the mis-shipped item.
